How We Got Started

Faces Human Capital Management was created by two sales professionals who recognized that the traditional Professional Employers Organization (PEO) Model wasn’t meeting the needs of growing businesses.

As VP of People and Organizational Development, Brenda is devoted to culture creation, staff and leadership development, communication services, coaching and account management for our clients.

Brenda brings more than 20 years of experience as an adult learning and Human Resources professional — including over 12 years in professional development, 5 years in management, and 5 years of small business ownership.

Brenda has a husband of 18 years named Barry and 1 kitty (who is like their child). She was born and raised in Ohio, but has lived in 8 different states (OH, FL, IN, TN, MD, VA, CO & PA).

Importantly — In a former life she was an entertainer and worked for companies such as Disney, Royal Caribbean, Busch Gardens and the USO. She uses these entertainment skills to keep people engaged. She loves travel, musicals, singing, dancing, hiking, the ocean and the beach.
